These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to anyone who creates an account on Komunaco or uses the Komunaco platform at komunaco.shop. By signing up, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Komunaco is operated by Komunaco Ltd, registered in England and Wales, 20 Oakwood Road, Smethwick, B67 6BU, United Kingdom.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

You must provide accurate information when signing up. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.

Komunaco gives you a branded mini-website to showcase and sell your products. You may use the platform to list products, share your storefront, connect with other resellers, and manage your sales.

You may only sell products that you have the legal right to sell. You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, product safety, and intellectual property law.

You may not use Komunaco to sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods. You may not impersonate another person or business. You may not use the platform to spam, harass, or deceive other users or customers.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure. You may not use automated tools to access the platform in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

You own the content you upload to your storefront — your logo, product images, descriptions, and branding. By uploading content, you grant Komunaco a non-exclusive licence to display and serve that content as part of operating your storefront.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. Do not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Komunaco is a subscription service. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your card details.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

We aim to keep Komunaco available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform at any time.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the platform. Where changes materially affect your use of the service, we will give reasonable notice.

Komunaco is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid to us in that period.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
